We had a reservation for a friend's birthday here, and I overall loved the food! There were a couple misses like 1) drinks came out quite late 2) there was a hair in one of our friend's coffees but still the food overall was cooked so yummily! I got the smash burger, and it wasn't the best smash burger I've had but I was obsessed with the crispy potatoes and tater tot's. I'd definitely come here again because it's also so cute and close to the ocean! They decorated it for the holidays as well

Zuzu's is kind of a hole in the wall joint. It's tucked in a residential area with both indoor and outdoor seatings. The vibe is relaxed and casual. You order, get a number, and then find seatings. They are very thoughtful with their decorations (fresh roses on each table, what!?) and service was super friendly. Now comes the food- i had the regular latte and breakfast burrito with bacon. Friends had the avocado toast and short ribs egg Benedict. I thought the burrito could use more bacon but I did appreciate how much eggs were in there lol. While the avocado was descent, it wasn't super memorable. I like the egg Benedict the most! Based on some Yelp photos, it looks like they change their Benedict every season or so. Loved everything about the short ribs one- the flavor and the combo with sweet potato were just really refreshing and tasty. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast/ brunch! Pro tip: come here before 10am for breakfast/ brunch! It gets super busy after 10am.

If you're from Long Beach I feel like we can agree this is definitely a must try breakfast spot! If you have a day off during the week I would say take advantage bc it does get a bit busy during the weekend. If you're an early bird you will definitely beat the crowd but if you're not the wait is worth it! This place is dog friendly so if your pup is well behaved bring ur doggie along. Unfortunately, my pup likes to disturb the peace If it's your first time coming I highly recommend the Bailey with bacon! The bacon is Smokey and thick, the jam for the sour dough is amazing, potatoes are easy to devour and you can't go wrong with their eggs. Also, if you're a matcha fan, this is a top matcha spot to order from. I'm a regular. I love this place that I am even comfortable coming on my own.

Checked this out for Sunday brunch and we came early around 9:30am, and waited around half an hour to order. I was nervous about finding a table but they ask guests to not save tables while they wait so it was definitely not a problem. They were pretty busy so it took a few minutes for someone to take our order but the staff was very nice. I was a bit disappointed to find out their menu was seasonal since I wanted to try the matcha pancakes but they had some interesting fall options. The food was all pretty solid, the breakfast potatoes were one of my favorites they were really crispy but wish they were more seasoned. The French toast was perfect and the maple turkey sausage was way better than I expected. The house jam was also very interesting and seemed unsweetened, it was very tarte. The steak was a little disappointing to me but my girlfriend really enjoyed it. The matcha was one of my favorite things, it was perfect with the vanilla syrup. The food was all pretty good though, I'm not sure if it was worth the wait and price but still really solid.

My wife and I loved everything about this cute place right from the start. The menu options all looked delicious, but what really gets you is seeing all the amazing options coming off the line while you place your order. The staff was super friendly, the layout beautiful, and the vibe was super chill. Oh, my wife had the Chicken and Waffles, and I went with the Burger... what a Wonderful Life!

SOOO GOOD!! was visiting long beach and stumbled across this place after finding it on yelp... i knew this place was good as soon as i saw the wait out the establishment. wait took around 10-15 minutes but it was sooo worth it!! finding seating can be hard since it is busy but there were both indoor and outdoor seatings available :') the workers were SOO friendly and accommodating. they were pretty busy but even despite that, the workers made sure we had everything good to go. they even remade our latte when we wanted it hotter. here's what i tried: seasonal drink: jam'n pear matcha AMAZING!! i was a little worried since i couldn't imagine how pear would have paired well with matcha... as soon as i took my first sip, all my worries washed away. so good. i was slurping away until the very last ounce. must try. breakfast burrito (loaded): very good. flavorful and filling. i think they have other more unique dishes so i'd stay off on the burrito. not that it's not good but i was eyeing other dishes because they looked SOO good. the bailey's breakfast: solid breakfast choice. big portions. the scrambled eggs and potatoes were so good. scrumptious all around. rose latte: very yummy. great drink choice but i think zuzu's offers a lot more unique drink choices so i'd go with nontraditional ones!!

Back here again. Our go to spot for brunch on Sunday! As much as I want people to stay away; I also want to tell everyone how amazing this place is! Good and service are top notch! Been here about 3x already and found my new love. Steak n' eggs!!! Must have!

House pancakes with fresh berries and cinnamon creme fraiche were the best pancakes I have ever eaten! The spiced pear jam matcha was amazing. Great service too! Definitely one of my new favorite places to eat anywhere!

Nothing less than 5** My first time and surely won't be my last. I'm so late to the game in trying this spot. Walk by it all the time and finally remembered it was high on my list to try. Didn't disappoint one bit. Order at counter and food is delivered to your table. There was a constant short line outside our entire visit. We waited less than 10 mins to order and food came out quickly. First thing to the table were our drinks. This is hands down the best lavender vanilla latte!!! For the main dish, I truly enjoyed the skillet. A little different than I expected, but bursting with flavor. Sizable portion so enough for leftovers. Husband's shirt rib sandwich was amazing! Another item bursting with flavor. It's been a while since we've had Dutch pancakes, so shared this dish. It was very good! A little pricey based on size, but glad we tried it. A good amount of tables (all patio dining), seemed sufficient for the patrons. So glad I finally enjoyed a delicious meal here.

The food was amazing, and loved the atmosphere!! Sweet little brunch place with friendly staff and some indoor/outdoor dining. Lightly themed off the movie It's a Wonderful Life with a perfect balance to not be overdone.
